Better customer insights and smart integration solutions: Highlights from the Ibexa Partner Conference 2023 in Marbella
At its annual partner conference, Ibexa presented the cloud-based integration platform Ibexa Connect, demonstrated the new possibilities of Ibexa CDP for customer engagement and gave a preview of the LTS version Ibexa DXP 4.5. Improved integration of the customer centre, further development of the integrated PIM and many optimisations are on the agenda here.
As an Ibexa Gold Partner, silver.solutions attended the Ibexa Partner Conference 2023 in Marbella, Spain, at the end of January. Over the course of two days, participants were able to learn about the new developments and additional modules of the Ibexa DXP in two conference tracks and gain exciting insights into successful customer projects as well as innovative approaches to implementing solutions.
Better customer understanding with Ibexa CDP
Ibexa now offers a solution for unified, centrally managed customer data that can be targeted, contextualised and personalised. With Ibexa CDP, companies bring together all the data from the various touchpoints with the customer, instead of managing it in various systems as before and only reusing it there.
This bundled information can be enriched with context and used in a more targeted way for marketing campaigns and offers because a complete picture of all interactions with the customer is finally available. The data can be summarised across corporate accounts and recorded and assigned to individual contacts in great detail with additional information such as budget responsibility. This improved customer understanding serves to provide the customer with a better customer experience and to always offer them the right products and services.
Ibexa Connect integrates systems and automates processes
With Ibexa Connect, the Norwegian DXP manufacturer Ibexa has introduced an Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) that helps companies to integrate external systems into their online platform, for example the CRM, ticket systems, Workday, Hubspot or Slack. Ibexa Connect acts as a hub that standardises communication between the systems and enables integration to take place quickly and cost-effectively. In order to minimise the effort for individual integration processes and IT support, B2B companies rely on the IPaaS solution as a cloud-based, automated way to interweave their business processes.
As a result, companies can automate typical tasks in different departments, eliminate repetitive manual processes, create better user experiences and gain more relevant insights from the linked data.
Preview of Ibexa DXP 4.5 LTS
At the partner conference, a preview of the future features and improvements of Ibexa DXP was also given. The next major version of Ibexa DXP with long-term support will be released in June 2023. The highlights are a better integration of the customer centre, a revised order management and the expansion of the integrated PIM functionalities. In addition, there are many small optimisations.
