Connect.Euranet – university radio stations join in the discussion

In addition to the Euranet portal, the microsite Connect.Euranet went online in early April. Connect.Euranet is operated in collaboration with several European university radio stations. The platform is to join important European politicians with students and citizens from the individual member states and is to spurn discussion about current affairs affecting all of Europe. For this purpose, one focus topic is selected each month. The participating university radio stations and Euranet editors deliver audio contributions on the topic in the course of a month and as a highlight a discussion panel with prominent participants from Brussels is presented once a month as live stream. Instead of a closed site-internal comment function, Facebook is employed as a tool for user comments. User opinions can thus be published on the social networks of Euranet visitors and the reach of the Euranet offer will automatically increase.
