With a new add-on module for Ibexa Commerce, B2B dealers take their customer service in the online channel to a new level. The product advisor takes over the shopping guidance in the online shop. In simple steps, you lead your customer to the desired product. The buyer answers questions about their priorities and filters the products further and further.
The B2B customer can even specify which criteria are particularly important to them. A scoring weights all preferences and determines the top product for this customer. In addition, the purchasing advisor shows the customer the best alternatives to their recommendation.

With the add-on, retailers offer a configuration tool that customers can use to compile products themselves from their desired components. To ensure the compatibility of the modules used, the product configurator takes into account dependencies between the individual parts.
