New project for Lederer GmbH – B2B Online shop with a connection to Dynamics NAV industry solution, UNITOP
For nearly 50 years now, Lederer GmbH has been one of the leading suppliers of connection equipment made from stainless steel, screws, nuts, DIN and standard parts. Lederer has also been successfully selling these using an in-house online shop system for over 12 years. Over the next few months, silver.solutions will be working in parallel to the update of the ERP system to achieve a new e-commerce solution with close integration into the business logic of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV industry solution, UNITOP.
silver.eShop appealed to Lederer because of the close integration into the business logic of the company’s ERP system, along with its numerous standard B2B functions. This allows the shop to display current inventories and prices from the ERP. The shop is equipped with a powerful search function that also covers sector-specific features. In addition, the new silver.eShop offers a number of functions that have been tried and tested in the Lederer online solution up until now, such as an extra secure registration process, a re-order list and a highly synchronised management of delivery addresses.
When selecting a software, Lederer placed a strong emphasis on high software flexibility in order to be able to adjust the shop at any time in accordance with company and sector-specific requirements. The modern technology and a state-of-the-art frontend for optimal use on mobile devices rounds off the package.
