The solution in detail

Selecta has chosen the Ibexa platform based online shop and the B2B-Connector from silver.solutions in order to build an online shop for end consumers. The shop is set up in 3 languages. A Flash film connected to the Ibexa platform via XML presents special products on the homepage.

The shop is integrated in the ERP system (Navision) of Selecta Spielzeug AG. Orders are directly transferred to the ERP system. The Ibexa platform uses the Business Logic of Navision in order to calculate prices and shipping costs. The integration of electronic payment provides different payment methods for the customers.

The result

For Selecta the Ibexa Commerce shop solution has been extended with several additional modules. Service functions like redeeming gift vouchers, article related product recommendations, and individual starting pages for specific user groups support the target-oriented marketing of Selecta's products.
