silver.solutions and eZ Systems will be presenting their joint solution at Internet World 2016, 1st to 2d of March 2016
The new shop is connected with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and incorporates various DLRG-specific processes.
A modern online shop system is expected to be able to display offers and content targeted to customers needs to increase sales figures. While this has been a standard feature for end consumer shops it is a trend that is getting more and more important in the B2B sector, too. Matching recommendations based on buying and browsing behaviour are a much used method. This type of recommendations are usually generated through a so called recommendation engine.
Currently we are preparing another interesting module for our e-commerce platform silver.e-shop that allows shop owners to personalize and target shop content – through customer segments and filters.Custom information like banners, offers or products targeted towards selected customer segments can be shown on various positions in the shop. On top of that export files with customer data can be created from a segment to use in a newsletter or other marketing tools.

Thursday, November 5th the winners of this year's eZ Awards were announced at the official ceremony in New York. silver.solutions was nominated not in one but two categories. After hour long debates the jury finally voted for the ultimate winners. And we are quite happy and proud to announce: silver.e-shop made it to Innovation of the Year!
For this year's eZ Awards the finalists in 9 different categories have just been announced. silver.solutions is very proud to be amongst the finalists not in one but two categories. The new version of our webshop software silver.e-shop got nominated in "Innovation of the Year" and on top of that the B2B webshop for our customer Bürkert is competing for "Best eZ 5 Symfony Project". Congratulations to all finalists and we are very much looking forward meeting you all at the eZ Awards ceremony on November 5th in New York.
As specified in the roadmap the second big update for webshop software silver.e-shop has been released October, 2nd 2015. Version 3.2 focusses on B2B shop owner's requirements in particular – the customer center, landing page tool and quick order form are among the highlights. The next update for our online shop software is scheduled for October 1st. A few of the most important features have already been packed into a pre-release version. The upcoming shop update focusses strongly on functions that are important to support B2B businesses, first in line the new customer center.

More control over figures and numbers - Shop owners naturally are very invested in their business and want the best possible overview of performance statistics, sales figures and other key factors of the sales process. For B2B webhops those numbers, figures and statistics are usually pulled not directly from the online shop but from the ERP system and connected BI tools. But what about some quick insights into the current shop performance or some reliable numbers on shop usage? Isn't there a sleek tool already integrated into the B2B shop? Exactly for this use case we now have a new tool for our B2B commerce solution silver.e-shop available - an e-Commerce Cockpit. The cockpit monitors ERP connections in real-time and presents some key numbers like sales figures, baskets, current shop activity and so on.
