Sonic Healthcare Germany has launched a new e-commerce platform with silver.solutions as project partner to equip its German laboratories with their own online shops. With the Ibexa DXP, the provider of laboratory diagnostic services relies on Ibexa's Digital Experience Platform. This is complemented by silver.solutions' Multishop module, which allows the management of several online shops in one platform and the generation of new shops at the push of a button.

At its annual partner conference, Ibexa presented the cloud-based integration platform Ibexa Connect, demonstrated the new possibilities of Ibexa CDP for customer engagement and gave a preview of the LTS version Ibexa DXP 4.5. Improved integration of the customer centre, further development of the integrated PIM and many optimisations are on the agenda here.
With the best score in both customer satisfaction and recommendation, Ibexa DXP positions itself at the top of the "Voice of the Customer" report for Digital Experience Platforms. The analysis was conducted by Gartner based on customer feedback and measures satisfaction with 14 DXP solutions.
With the new Multishop environment, the international retailer M.K. Electronic can operate several of its own online shops and partner shops in one platform. The Multishop platform was implemented by silver.solutions and connected to M.K. Electronic's ERP solution, Microsoft Dynamics AX, using the B2B Connector middleware.
Based on Ibexa DXP and silver.solutions' Multishop platform, Sonic Healthcare Germany is introducing new B2B shops for its German laboratories. The Multishop will be connected to the group's own ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics AX using the B2B-Connector for AX. The online shops will offer laboratory materials for doctors and clinics.
The B2B shops are scheduled to go online in 2022.
A flexible add-on is available for Ibexa Commerce: The product advisor guides your B2B customers to the desired product in just a few steps. The add-on module can also be used as a product configurator. This enables customers to assemble complex products from components themselves.
silver.solutions has developed a new B2B online shop based on Ibexa Commerce and a website using Ibexa Content for the purchasing cooperative ORTHEG. The e-commerce platform was integrated with ORTHEG's ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and the DMS ELO. Thanks to the ERP integration and the access to documents in ELO, ORTHEG can realise efficient procurement functions, provide all kinds of information and offer convenient services for its members. In the e-commerce project, silver.solutions also implemented numerous customised adaptations and extensions for ORTHEG.
With the Digital Experience Platform Ibexa DXP 3.3, companies now deliver product recommendations and relevant content in their shop and website even more easily. In real time, customers can always see exactly the items that are relevant to them. This leads to stronger customer loyalty and more sales in e-commerce. In addition, the new DXP version supports companies with changes and extensions to the platform. The new migration bundle offers versioning, change tracking and more change management functionality.
